We are back with another season of Saturday Skill Ups and this time we are focusing on a very important but ignored aspect of organisational management - Planning.
Planning is important to prepare our organisation and teams for the future and give them the information needed to make decisions and manage challenges. But where should we start, and what all should we include? The start of a new year is a great time to be asking these questions!
